I decided to make this page a little about me, and why I decided to make this whole "Swift Guitar Tutorials" thing. 



My name is Olivia--people call me Liv. I am just a regular 16 year old teenager who fangirls over anything about Taylor Swift. Miss Taylor Swift is my idol, and she has inspired me to start playing guitar. It is now the year 2012, and I have been playing guitar for two years now--so since Janurary of 2010. I will admit, when I first started playing, I sucked. I was terrible, but I wanted to get anywhere close to as good as Taylor, so I practiced--all. the. time. Now, I can play songs that I never thought I would ever be good enough to play. 



I have an account on Taylor Connect, (Longliv) and I always thought It would be really fascinating to become one of those amazing graphic makers/songwriters/singers that everone praises. Well, let me just say, graphics aren't my thing. My songs aren't the best either, and my voice is kind of in the middle. It has It's perks now and then, but It's not something much that people would be all "OMG THATS SWIFTASTIC" over. Since my passion is playing guitar, I just thought, "Why don't I make a website/Youtube account to help guitar players learn how to play Taylor's songs?" And that's exactly how this whole Idea came about.

I really hope this website helps you as much as It has helped me so far (yes, It has helped me too, In guitar playing.) Playing guitar is a huge passion of mine and I'd love to help anyone I can out there who is confused/struggling with how to play this beautiful magical instrument played by the one and only, Miss Swift. :) I will be posting tutorials on how to play Taylor songs on Youtube as soon as I get a few requests.
